SP Moulding’s management system takes into account all the demands on and expectations faced by suppliers of technical plastic:
- We are certified to the ISO 9001 standard (Jeulsminde and Stoholm department)
- We are certified to the ISO 14001 standard (Juelsminde and Stoholm department)
- We are certified to the IATF 16949 standard (Stoholm department)
All after the existing standards.
We comply with all environmental directives, among these the RoHS Directive, REACH.
SP Moulding’s quality and environment policies and goals are essential to strengthen our competitive position. We focus on recycling of raw material and on reducing scrap and errors leading to complaints from our customers.
Measuring Capacity
We work actively with statistical process control (SPC) as the basis for approval in our process validation and in our day-to-day production.
We employ engineers who define and verify our process control measuring methods. These methods are defined and approved on the basis of measurement systems analysis (MSA).
